Smoked Trout and Duck Croquettes
I didn't get a chance to take a picture of each small plate however I have a picture of them on my plate. On the right is the Smoked Trout. It consist of cucumber cut as linguini bustling with flavor. The smoked trout just adds that perfect addition to the flavor. The duck croquettes were amazing with hints of Jalapenos. The combination is perfect appetizing and wanting more for the experience.
The calamari was fried perfectly. The batter used was not over bearing with just the right amount of seasoning. You really didn't need to dip the calamari into the sauce. Although the dip was good as well.
The rigatoni was perfect. It had the right blend of sauce, beef bolognese and rigatoni.
House Made Gnocchi
The gnocchi was amazing. It was bursting with flavor from the mixture of pesto, mushroom, garlic, shallot, crispy onion, and parmesan.
